Jesse + Boo Returns Policy

At Jesse + Boo, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every piece we create. Please read our returns policy carefully to
ensure a smooth experience:

1. Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to the personalized and custom nature of these items, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any personalized or custom-

made orders. Once an order has been placed and crafted, it is uniquely tailored to you, making it ineligible for return.

2. Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized, ready-to-wear items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn,

unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
This will need to be dropped or couriered back to us or we can arrange a collection for 25 aed.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or
repair the item at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the issue for a faster resolution.

4. How to Process a Return
If you need to return a non-personalized item, or if you've received a faulty product, please contact our customer service team via Instagram or

email. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for an exchange or refund where applicable.

5. Shipping Costs
For returns of non-personalized items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a
trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

6. Custom Satisfaction Guarantee
While we cannot offer returns on custom orders, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're unhappy with any aspect of your personalized item,
please reach out to us, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
